Royalty Free Single Images
Royalty Free CDs
- Physical Royalty Free CD ROMs
- Virtual Royalty Free CD ROMs
- Defective CDs

Rights-Managed Images
If any licensed Rights Managed Image is not reproduced by you in any way, you may, within thirty (30) days from the invoice date, request in writing, the cancellation of the License, van parys media may then proceed to cancel the Invoice and issue a full credit to your account or credit card.
No cancellations will be accepted after thirty (30) days and the full invoice amount must be paid.

Royalty Free Single Images
No invoice cancellation will be accepted for individually licensed Royalty Free images and the full invoice amount must be paid.

Royalty Free CDs
No invoice cancellation will be accepted for any Royalty Free CD purchased, no matter whether they are Physical or Virtual CDs. Returns will only be accepted in case of defective CDs, as specified in the section below.

Physical Royalty Free CD ROMs
Refunds will be accepted for Physical Royalty Free CD, within seven (7) business days from the date of the invoice or the date of delivery of the CD (whichever comes first), as long as no image included in the CD has been used nor downloaded from your personal area "My images".
In order to initiate the refund process, send us an email at sales@vanparysmedia.com clearly indicating the following information:

  1. name, last name, telephone number and email address
  2. the reason for your return
  3. the product code and CD
  4. the invoice number


To initiate any refund process, we must receive all details mentioned information.

Upon receipt of this information, we will send you a legal document which you will need to sign and return to us, and which will confirm that you have not used nor downloaded any image contained in the CD.

Virtual Royalty Free CD ROMs
Refunds will be accepted for Virtual Royalty Free CD, within seven (7) business days from the date of the invoice, as long as no image included in the CD has been downloaded from your personal area "My images".
In order to initiate the refund process, send us an email at sales@vanparysmedia.com clearly indicating the following information:

  1. name, last name, telephone number and email address
  2. the reason for your return
  3. the product code and CD
  4. the invoice number


To initiate any refund process, we must receive all complete details as mentioned above.

Upon receipt of this information, we will send you a legal document which you will need to sign and return to us, and which will confirm that you have not used nor downloaded any of the images contained in the CD.

Defective Royalty Free CD
If a CD is defective, and has been purchased as a Physical CD, we will accept returns up to ninety (90) days following the date of delivery.
In order to initiate the return process, send us an email at sales@vanparysmedia.com clearly indicating the following information:

  1. name, last name, telephone number and email address
  2. the reason for your return
  3. the product code and CD
  4. the invoice number

To initiate any return process, we must receive all complete details as mentioned above.

Upon receipt of this information we will then proceed to replace the defective CD.
